Online assessment records are public information for inquiry and review. The county warns working-file data may change and is not guaranteed.
Owner Occupied Exemption
Lowers EAV up to $6,000. You must have owned and occupied the property on or before January 1 of the assessment year.
Senior Homestead
Lowers EAV by $5,000 and may be claimed in addition to Owner Occupied Exemption. Applicant must reach age 65 during the assessment year.
Senior Freeze
Freezes taxable assessment, not the tax rate. It must be renewed annually and the July 1 filing deadline matters.
